Pendulum of Life

Up and Down
The pendulum never stops
It's as life is emulated in these actions
Up and Down the pendulum swings
My emotions are racing
My mind is straining
It is a constant battle
Between the dark and light
Between me and him
He knows my weaknesses
He uses these to his advantage
I have only one way to fight him
And that is with her
She suppresses him
In a sense he dies
I begin to smile
I wrap my arms around my beautiful saviour
She is my sword
She is my shield
She is the reason I keep on fighting
The demons within will fall
As long as I can see her smile
For she is my goddess
I wish
That these where only words
But alas that is just a fantasy
He is real
He will hurt people
I will feel the pain and suffering of others
He will smile and laugh
I am Puppy
And he is my Big Bad Pup
If I only could fight him more
I would surely win
But alas distance hinders my battles
And allows him to have the higher ground
Slicing and gouging my body
However I do find happiness in thing
I am the victim
I would be devastated
If she was ever victimised
Then all these writings would seem pointless
But alas I know in my heart I will stop him
One day he will pay for his deeds
He will never reach his goal
I however will reach my goal
That of life
Of love
